Сентябрь 7th, 2012 
admin При поддержке Российского фонда фундаментальных исследований 24 и 25 октября 2011 года проведена Международная конференция по фундаментальным проблемам устойчивого развития в системе природа – общество – человек.
В работе конференции приняли участие более 120 человек, среди них 20 дистанционных групп – ученые и молодые специалисты из Казахстана, Украины, Киргизии, а также России, Швейцарии, США и Канады.
Российские участники конференции представляли практически все регионы России.
На пленарном заседании (24 октября2011 г.) были прочитаны доклады ведущих отечественных и зарубежных учёных с по фундаментальным и прикладным проблемам устойчивого развития в системе природа – общество – человек.
В рамках конференции 25 октября2011 г. были проведены четыре круглых стола по секциям. Среди них секции:
- Прорывные идеи и технологии;
- Проблемы образования;
- Проблемы реализации прорывных проектов устойчивого развития;
- Проблемы языка.
Одним из важных результатов конференции является открытие специализированной выставки научной, научно-популярной и периодической литературы «Научная школа устойчивого развития: история и перспективы».
По итогам проведенной Международной конференции принята резолюция:
- Одобрить проведение в сентябре-октябре2012 г. Международной интернет-конференции «Наше общее будущее – это наше общее дело», посвященной 155-летию выдающегося русского мыслителя и ученого К.Э.Циолковского. В рамках конференции предлагается обсудить следующие вопросы:
- Почему Человечеству необходимо устойчивое развитие?
- Почему, несмотря на огромные усилия ООН, не удается переломить негативные тенденции и обеспечить устойчивое развитие планетарной Жизни?
- Почему официальная наука не дает адекватного глобальным угрозам решения проблемы?
- Существует ли возможность научного и технологического решения проблемы? Если да, то, на каких принципах – законах и в какие сроки?
- Как измерить устойчивость развития в разных сферах жизнедеятельности общества и как определить состояние окружающей социально-природной среды?
- Что и как нужно изменить в глобальной системе управления, чтобы обеспечить устойчивое развитие с учетом крайне опасных внешних и внутренних угроз?
- В мире 7 миллиардов человек. И каждый человек хочет быть счастливым, несмотря ни на какие угрозы. Брошен вызов. Как на него ответить?
- Какой должна быть стратегия мирового сообщества, чтобы сохранить развитие планетарной Жизни в долгосрочной перспективе в условиях глобальных вызовов и угроз?
- Поддержать предложение по проведению в2012 г. Международного круглого стола с обсуждением перспектив развития и возможностей реализации проекта Ноо-Конституции Человечества, как правовой формы фундаментальных законов реального мира.
- Учитывая неослабевающую угрозу распада существующей мировой финансовой системы, обусловленную разрастающимся спекулятивным капиталом, необеспеченным реальной мощностью и достигшим к 2011 году астрономических размеров (по некоторым оценкам 1,5 квадриллиона долларов США), а также то, что меры, предлагаемые странами – участниками глобального кризиса недостаточны и не уменьшают размеры «мыльного пузыря», что «подогревает» негативные тенденции мировой экономики и обостряет глобальный кризис, требуется принятие дополнительных, срочных мер.
В этой связи участники конференции единогласно присоединяются к призыву Линдона Ларуша и Хельги-Цепп Ларуш, направленному на оздоровление мировой финансовой системы посредством принятия необходимых первоочередных мер, включая:
- возрождение рузвельтовского закона Гласса-Стиголла (от 13.06.1933), запрещающего банкам осуществлять коммерческие операции по вкладам населения, а также выделяющего в глобальной банковской системе деятельность по инвестированию реальной экономики и перспективных инфраструктурных проектов;
- принятие системы фиксированных обменных курсов странами – участниками;
- государственную поддержку промышленных банков, осуществляющих инвестирование проектов реальной и в том числе инновационной экономики на основе системы фиксированных обменных курсов;
- заключение и реализация долговременных (около 50 лет) государственных контрактов с центральным банком страны и системой промышленных банков с целью создания условий для перехода к устойчивому инновационному развитию стран – участниц глобального процесса сохранения развития планетарной жизни на земле.
- Поддержать инициативу компании «New Polymer System» (Астана), ТОО «Алькор» (Алматы) и Научной школы устойчивого развития (Дубна) по созданию промышленно-технологического комплекса – опытно-технологической базы новейших энергоэффективных технологий на базе машиностроительного завода «Алькор» в городе Алматы.
- Инициировать создание университетского комплекса непрерывного самообразования в интересах устойчивого инновационного развития с использованием ценностно-смысловой методологии Научной школы устойчивого развития.
- Поддержать деятельность Научной школы устойчивого развития «Дубна», Санкт-Петербургского государственного политехнического университета, Удмуртского государственного университета по подготовке кадров в области устойчивого инновационного развития.
- Поздравить Научную школу устойчивого развития с присуждением ордена «Слава России» как международного общественного признания большого вклада в развитие фундаментальной науки устойчивого развития.
- Выразить признательность и благодарность руководству Университета «Дубна» и оргкомитету за высокое качество организации и системно-технического обеспечения проведенной конференции.
